12. Cookies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for security, functionality, analytics and other website features.
More information about the cookies used on this website and the choices available to visitors will be provided in our separate Cookie Policy.
Where consent is legally required, visitors will be given an appropriate choice before relevant cookies or technologies are used.
UK cookie rules changed under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, including additional exemptions for some limited statistical and functionality purposes, so wording such as “all non-essential cookies always require consent” is now too simplistic.

13. Automated decision-making
Access Parity does not currently use personal information to make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

14. Children
The Access Parity website is intended primarily for organisations and professionals and is not designed to collect personal information directly from children.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, systems or legal obligations change.
The latest version will always be published on this website with the date of the most recent update.
